Delete Your Account
Last updated: 21 August 2025
You can permanently delete your Ever Afterly account and all associated data at any time.
1. Delete from the App
Inside the Ever Afterly app, go to User → Profile → Delete Account, then confirm deletion.
2. If You Can’t Access the App
You can request account deletion using our contact form. Please include the email address associated with your Ever Afterly account.
3. What Data Is Deleted
Your account details, wedding data, guest lists, budgets, notes, documents, uploaded images, attachments, supplier or store information and related app data will be deleted where legally possible.
4. Retention Period
Some limited data may be retained where legally required, such as payment transaction records. All other data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
